Ben is a Director of Macintyers focusing on both the residential sales and lettings sides of the business. Ben has worked in residential agency since 1990 and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2002. He brings a wealth of experience to the team, with a particular focus on advising home movers through the process of selling or letting their property. Ben is an expert on the sale of both village and town properties within our area and brings 25 years experience in the Buy to Let market with which to advise clients.
Gill joined Macintyers in 2007 having gained 5 years experience with another letting agent. Now Gill jointly manages the Rental and Management Department with Yvonne Jones and oversees tenant and landlord negotiations and client accounting. Gill also works closely with landlords advising on maximising investment returns and property improvements as required.
Martin’s career in estate agency started in 1988, initially based in his home town of Brackley, but expanding to all the local market towns. More recently Martin specialised in the sale of character and individual town and village homes in the wider local area. Martin loves his job and brings both experience and enthusiasm to all that he does to support both buyers and sellers. He is currently undergoing training for the NAEA qualification and aims to qualify in 2017
Matthew joined Macintyers sales team in February 2014 and has since completed NVQ Levels 2 and 3 in the Sale of Residential Properties, giving him an in depth knowledge of Estate Agency, marketing and the law. This professional qualification allows Matthew to join the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA).
Matthew carries out many tasks within our team including, carrying out viewings and measuring up and photographing new properties coming on the market. He also has a deep understanding of the sales process and assists buyers and sellers during their transactions.
Matt has a professional and friendly approach and is always willing to assist. He is a valuable member of the team and has extensive local knowledge, having lived in Brackley all his life.
Hannah has been with Macintyers since 2002 and has been trained and passed her NAEA qualifications within the company. Hannah is an experienced valuer and sales negotiator and has drive and ambition to succeed in getting buyers and sellers moved. She is now working in the office on a part time basis due to having started a young family.
James is a full time member of our Sales team and has a strong sales background and has completed a Sales and Marketing NVQ Level 3 and Customer Care NVQ Level 3, giving him a wealth of customer care experience with which he assists our buyers and sellers.
James carries out many tasks within our team including booking and carrying out viewings, photographing and preparing particulars on properties coming onto the market and is a strong team player in our office.
James has a professional, fun and friendly approach and is always willing to assist. He is a valuable member of the team and has extensive local knowledge of Brackley and surrounding areas, having lived in the town for many years.
Gloria is our Office Administration and Systems Manager. She organises much of our property marketing, advertising and web marketing and enjoys supporting both our Sales and Lettings teams, as well as managing the day to day running of the office. Gloria lives locally and her many years of experience in Executive PA and Senior Administration roles makes her a key member of our office team.
Paula has worked for Macintyers since 2007 and supports the sales office, showing potential buyers around properties for sale and with various administrative tasks. Paula has lived and worked in the Brackley area for many years and is able to assist potential buyers with her in extensive local knowledge.
Yvonne joined the lettings department in 2005 and has lived in the surrounding area all of her life. She now jointly manages the Rental and Management Department with Gill Hirons and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience, both of the lettings business and of Brackley and its surrounding villages. Yvonne deals primarily with landlords, client accounts, new listings and deposit returns, in a professional but friendly way.
Theresa co-ordinates the property maintenance and repairs on behalf of the landlords, tenants and suppliers and also oversees the compliance of EPC. She is also responsible for the marketing and advertising of the rental properties, along with various other property management duties.
Theresa has worked within a customer service environment for over 20 years, having held office based roles in a wide variety of businesses. Theresa uses this experience to provide an efficient, yet friendly service to both landlords and tenants.
Stacey is an integral member of our team, carrying out viewings and inspections on rental properties as well as supporting landlords and tenants in many ways.
Stacey has many years of customer care experience and previously spent 12 years working for a local Accountants.
Stacey has a professional and friendly manner and having lived locally all her life, has in depth knowledge of Brackley and the surrounding villages.
Becky is a key member of our Lettings team. She is responsible for compliance of the Gas Safety Certificates, Energy Performance Certificates and Electrical Certificates, along with various other property management duties including Tenancy Agreements.
Becky has lived in Brackley all her life and has a good knowledge of the surrounding areas and local amenities.
Having spent 14 years of her working life in a customer based role including managing and training the Customer Journey in a call centre environment, Becky’s key focus is to offer a friendly, helpful and professional service for our Landlords and Tenants.
Frances carries out viewings on both sale and rental properties for Macintyers, in the main on Saturdays which is a more convenient time for some people to view.
Frances has lived, and farmed, locally for many years and her knowledge of Brackley and the surrounding villages can be a great benefit to buyers and tenants moving into the area.
